I feel very honored that I had the opportunity to meet Michael, Alpana, and their dog George. One of my favorite things about being a photographer is being able to temporarily immerse myself into other people’s lives/cultures for a day. This was my first time witnessing an Indian ceremony and I loved every moment of it. Although I didn’t understand what was really happening at the ceremony, I loved the little beautiful moments in between when Michael and Alpana would look at each other in the eyes, hold each other’s hands, and give each other warm smiles during the wedding. It was one of those magical moments that not even words or photographs could ever fully express.

Christine Ha (Masterchef) – NYC watch party at Boka

Had the opportunity to meet and photograph Christine Ha (also known as The Blind Cook) from the FOX Television network show MASTERCHEF. Christine was joined by close friends and fans from the show at the NYC watch party at BOKA yesterday evening. Christine is such a down to earth person. She was really humble about everything and just such a fun person to talk to. It was such a treat being able to hear about her experiences on the show. Everyone at the watch party shouted with excitement as we all watched Christine make it into the TOP 2 finals in Masterchef.
I am extremely proud of her and hope that she wins the whole competition :)
The season finale for MASTERCHEF airs this Monday Sep. 10th at 9pm. Don’t miss it!
